Practice 7
Thank You Aum. Thank You Bha. Thank You Gye Nyame.
Thank You Aum. Thank You Bha. Thank You Gayathri.
1
Abiding in You is the transportation and
destination to real freedom. This freedom
is conscious reunion with You, the Source
of all that is has been, and will be. It is the
the true business of Yoga, and the goal of
our life.
2
You pervade and transcend the totality of
creation, maintenance, and dissolution. We
offer You our hopes, our dreams, our visions,
plans, and schemes. Everything we have or
participate in, we offer to You.
3
This surrender, this submission to You
of all we do is real sanity. It enables us
to think of You more. This empowers us
to ever greater good as offerings to You
for the benefit of all.
4
By remembering You in all we think, feel,
will, say, and do, we are a quiet, positive,
vibratory, blessing to all sentient beings.
5
The body, mind, intellect, and ego do not
truly exist. If they did exist, they would
never change or cease existing. As we
awaken to this fact, we rebuild ourselves,
awaken, into our very best Being.
6
This spiritual practice begins as the
spiritual aspirant sees the self as
eternal spirit, and is always thinking
of You. The aspirant gradually
understands how to apply this
practice for ever greater purifying
association with You.
7
We offer You our hopes, our dreams,
our plans. We offer You our nights our
days our hopes, our praise. Everything we
have, we bring as an offering to You.
Thank You for allowing us the
intelligence to offer everything to
You.
8
This surrender, this submission, is sanity.
It enables us to do ever greater good for the
benefit of all sentient beings throughout the
cosmos, by simply being here purifying our
consciousness by remembering You in all
we think, feel, will, say, and do.
9
We think of You as the Supreme Beauty in
all that is attractive, may we forever keep
our minds fixed on You by surrendering all
to You. In this way, we come back into
total harmony with Your will, the Way
of Eternal, Universal Peace. Thank You
for helping us fix our consciousness on
You.
10
Our eternal position of infinite bliss and
knowledge is Eternal, Universal Peace.
We think of You, we concentrate on You,
we meditate on You as the source of
infinite bliss, knowledge, silence and
truth. You know us better than we
know ourselves. Please continue to lead
us kindly into Your Transcendental
Loving Light of Divine Intelligence.
11
We think of You as Supreme Awareness,
Greatest Divinity of all being, thank You
for showing us how universal love, freely
caring and sharing, comes with purification
of the Intelligence. The more purification
the Intelligence occurs, the greater is our
freedom the from Maya.
12
Serving you helps us to always think of
You. This is associating the mind with You.
Thus is the mind, intelligence, and
consciousness, purified. This is the spiritual
practice that unfolds our dormant love for
You. We love You and through You, we love
each other.
13
We think of You, we concentrate on
You, we meditate on You as pervading,
transcending, and embracing all. As
the Eternal Power which flows through
and beyond all sentient beings, You are
the Supreme Animating Force in all
creation. Please engage us evermore in
Your transcendental loving service.
14
To the extent our consciousness is
purified, by way of Your association, we
transcend slavery to the senses and are
reestablished in our original nature of
Pure Consciousness, Absolute
Awareness This is true restoration and
liberation.

"Brahman that is immediate and direct —the
Self that is within all." "You cannot see That
which is the Seer of seeing; you cannot hear
That which is the Hearer of hearing; you
cannot think of That which is the Thinker
of thought; you cannot know That which
is the Knower of knowledge. This is your
Self, that is within all; everything else but
This is perishable." (Br. Up. 3.4.2) -- Read more:

The Vedanta often describes Brahman as
Sat-Chit-Ananda. Sat (Existence, Reality, Being),
Chit (Consciousness, or Knowledge), and
Ananda (Bliss). Existence, Consciousness and
Bliss are not attributes of Brahman but
Brahman Itself. SAT (Existence) — "In the
beginning, my dear, this [universe]
was Being (Sat) alone, one only without
a second."
(Chandogya Upanishad 6.2.1
17
Also Aitareya Upanishad 1.1.1) "All this that we see in the world is Brahman." Sanskrit:
sarvam khalv idam brahma. (Chandogya Upanishad 3.14.1) "Brahman is Reality,
Knowledge, and Infinity." (Taittiriya Upanishad 2.1.3) [More...] The flower, the table, the
human being, the feeling exist. Everything exists, everything IS. SAT is the "is-ness" in
everything. Everything borrows existence from SAT. Existence (SAT) is the same
everywhere – the differences are created by the name and form (Nama, Rupa). -- Read

You are the One, the greatest simplicity, our emergence,
evolution, and absorption in bliss depends on Your Grace,
Your mercy and our remembrance of You. Remembering
that we have seen and understand that the Sun,
Moon, Stars, Heavens, Angels, and all the Sky is within
You, we are gradually awakening.
