Practice 5

Thank You Aum. Thank You Ra. Thank You Gye Nyame.

Thank You Aum. Thank You Ra. Thank You Gayatri.

Consciousness actually depends on the energy, creativity, and

intelligence that comes from You, down through the Pineal

Gland. The more this gland is purified by Your association,

our consciousness is freed from the contaminants of lust,

anger, and greed.

We think of You as the Most Righteous and Benevolent, Inner

Being and Voice of all. Surrendering all to You fixes the mind

on You and purifies our Pineal gland. Consequently, we are

gradually freed from desire, vanity and the mentality that

attaches to temporary joys and sorrows.

As a result of surrendering all to You, the realization of our

oneness with You as an eternal, incomparable, beautiful soul,

the One Complete, Infinite Awareness, beyond nothing and

everything, becomes more lucid.

The more we surrender all we think, feel, will, say and do to

You, the greater is the Purification of our Pineal Gland, consciousness,

and awareness. Thus unfolds our spiritual education, edification, and

realization that the cosmic manifestation is one within and under You,

the Supreme Spirit of all.

Moreover, submission to You, acknowledging You in all we

do, helps us comprehend how Your Judgment, the Law of

Karma, is Omniscient, Omnipresent, and Omnipotent.

If we want anything, it is wanting for others that which we

want for ourselves, You, the Nothing which includes

and manifests everything. Actually, we do not want

anything, other than You.

Thank You for showing us how we can surrender all to You

and thus associate with You. This spiritual practice purifies

our Pineal Gland and our life in general. Thank You for

helping us, for raising us back to the level of freedom and

dignity.

We think of You, we concentrate on You, we meditate on

You. By this association we are positively transformed. We

regain our Spirituality, Identity, History, Heritage,

and Culture. Consequently, we again become truthful,

humble, polite, giving and forgiving without discrimination,

and we are able to love others as ourselves.

We think of You, we concentrate on You, we meditate on

You. By Your association we regain our integrity, dignity,

and Divinity. Thank You for helping us become up right

again.

By always thinking of You, we are increasingly cleansed

of the ignorance that causes us to think that the self

is the material body, mind, intellect, or ego, and

that consciousness depends on the brain. The self is ever

above the body; of course that includes the brain.

This spiritual Practice constantly cleanses the ignorance

of Self from our consciousness, and it reestablishes us on the

path of righteousness while bringing us back to awareness.

It is righteous behavior, married with always thinking of

You, which leads us out of sin and suffering and

reestablishes us here in the Eternal Spiritual World

of Tranquil Bliss and Awareness of nothing other than

Awareness.

All levels of consciousness are pervaded and transcended by

You. we purify our consciousness by always thinking of You.

Ever present, ever higher, more awake, and positive states of

consciousness are unfolded from within Your consciousness

the more we think of You.

Greater discernment and non- attachment, are by-products of

a clean consciousness. This is a consciousness ever more

clean and free of anger, lust, and greed and flowing with love,

compassion, and charity for all. These are indispensable

spiritual tools for bringing us being back to Home, here in the

Eternal Spiritual world.

Serving You, with patience and determination, our minds are

renewed and gradually turned away from all objects of the

senses. This transformation of consciousness occurs as result

of seeing the self as consciousness/energy and always thinking

of You.

As transformation of consciousness happens, layers of

ignorance fall away from our consciousness/awareness,

revealing You, the Omnipresent, Eternally Pure, and Ever

Greater State of Consciousness.

As we come back into consciousness and awareness

of You, simultaneously, we achieve more centeredness,

stability and expertness in the performance of our

mundane affairs.

This happens because we are awakening to an ever

greater consciousness and appreciation of You, our Supreme

Being. We think of You as the Source of Creativity and

Intelligence, who pervades and transcends the

Cosmic manifestation.
