Jnana Yoga,

Knowledge 11

Thank You Aum. Thank Bha. Thank You Gye Nyame.

Thank You Aum. Thank Bha. Thank You Gayathri.

1

You are our Best Reminder and Supreme

Guide. We think of You as the One

without a second.  Beyond all dualities and

attributes, You are All within all and

beyond all.

2

We remember You as Everlasting

Omnipresent Peace. This is is our

original nature.  The innumerable

atoms, subatomic  particles, the

most subtle vibrations, and beyond,

 abide in this Everlasting

Omnipresent Peace.

3

Everlasting Omnipresent Peace,

the Source, Resting place and

Absorption of our life, pervades and

transcends this level of our existence.

You, our Supreme Intelligence, are this

 Transcendental, Everlasting,

Omnipresent, Peace.

4

Fixing our intelligence on You, the Most

 Pure, cleanses our Consciousness,

Awareness, and Intelligence of

impurities.  Those impurities come out

of the major impurities:  Lust, anger,

 and greed.

5

Those three brigands, lust, anger, and

greed, are borne out of our ignorance

of who we are.

6

In ignorance of who we truly are,

many of us are thinking we are the

material body, or some other

 material designation.  This causes

us to engage in futile attempts to

 gratify the insatiable senses.

7

In ignorance of who we are, many

of us of us seem to be thinking we

are some sort of material

designation. We do not know that

what we are seeking through the

senses is really within our own

intelligence.

8

As a result of our ignorance of Self,

we are trying to reach fulfillment

 externally, through material sense

 gratification.

9

We are not of  a material designation.

Therefore we are not attaining fulfillment

trying to please the implacable senses.

we are waking up to the reality that we

are spiritual beings having a material

designation experience.

10

This awakening into the life of spiritual

identification of the Self is a rising into

ever greater levels of unbounded

fulfillment and peace.

11

Everlastingomnipresentpeace.com

is a presentation of an ancient spiritual

cultivation practice.  It consists of Jnana

Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga, and

Raja Yoga.

12

These are discussions and practices by

Arjuna on the Battlefield of Kurusetra,

and after his brothers and he had ruled

Hastinapur for thirty six years after

the war.  They then left the Kingdom

in the care of their grandson and

 entered the Himalayan Mountains,

practicing Raja Yoga until their

passing  from the mortal plane.

13

Raja Yoga is the spiritual practice of

fixing the intelligence on You, the Most

Pure.  We remember You as being

beyond form, formlessness, and all

 dualities.

14

Gradually, by virtue of Your association,

our consciousness, awareness, and lower

intelligence are cleansed of the impurities:

Lust, anger, greed, illusion, madness, and

envy.  Those are the brigands that

influence us to engage in activities that

cause suffering.

15

Our revelations about You are confirmed

by our research, knowledge, observation,

 experience, and reflection.  Thank You

for revealing to us the importance of

 thinking objectively, carefully and

critically about everything, including

You and Your revelations.

16

We are taught to do this by always

thinking of You, being devoted to You,

 concentrating on You; offering

everything to You, and meditating on

You as the Eternal Light of Divine

 Intelligence, within and beyond all.

17

We meditate on You by stopping all

thoughts from entering our consciousness.

We do this by placing the tip of our tongue

at the top of the back of the roof of our

mouth, at the soft spot underneath the

Pineal Gland, or by holding the tongue

gently between the teeth at the beginning

 of meditating.

18

We also use Mantras, breathing

techniques, focusing on the emptiness of

space, and the sound of space, also known as

the "Sound of Silence. When a thought

attempts to enter our consciousness we

refocus on one of the aforementioned

meditation tools.  This stops thoughts

 from entering, thus allowing

consciousness, awareness, and lower

 intelligence to become quiet, still,

and aligned with You.
