Seeing the Self as spirit or awareness, we engage in the

spiritual practice known as Mantra Yoga. Slowly, lower

consciousness is cleansed of anger, lust, and greed, the

contaminants of consciousness.

Gradually, we release all Mantras and utilize the sound of

Silence as we would a Mantra. If the consciousness tries to

entertain thought, we bring it back to the frequencies of

Silence.

The more we fix our mind on You the more we are purified of

evil thoughts. What follows is the power to resist,

overcome and purify the consciousness contaminating,

wicked, urges of lust, anger, and greed.

Slowly, the consciousness retires to Its origin, the

tranquil bliss of Nothing, Silence. Now we live again, we have

come back into Bliss Awareness, also known as the Self.

You are the Master Power, the Ultimate and Supreme

Witness, dwelling within and beyond all sentient beings. It

is our experience that chanting Your Holy Names is one of the

best sacrifices we can make to remember You and thus purify

our Pineal Gland and our consciousness.

It, the Pineal Gland, Directs this most subtle energy or spirit

coming from You, the Source of all vibration, down into the

body and throughout every subatomic particle and vibration

that makes up the body, mind, intellect, and ego.

The Pineal Gland the Third Eye, is the Gateway from, and to,

Infinite Consciousness, Complete, Eternal Awareness, You.

It is a sort of antenna, screen, lens, or conduit through which

we are consciously "Connecting" with You. We think of You, we

concentrate on You, we meditate on You as the Supreme Universal

Spirit or Energy.

You pervade and transcend the Pineal Gland, as You come from and

return to Yourself, Infinity of Consciousness and Awareness, by the way of

the Seventh Chakra. This is the Chakra above the Sixth Chakra, where

the Pineal Gland, the Third Eye, is located.

The humble praise and thanksgiving offered here at

own Supreme Being. This spiritual practice purifies our consciousness

and helps us get ever closer to You.

Thank You for the intelligence to continue to offer glorification, praise

and thanksgiving to You and to You alone. This a true transformation

process for us. It is a return to our own Self, our very best Being.

Thank You for helping us at all times to resist, cease, and

desist from that which leads us in the direction of forgetting

You. Thank You to the upmost for helping us to never forget

and to always remember You.

It is by remembering You that we are rescued from Maya

and "grafted" back into our True Self. This True Self is

Eternal, Omnipresent, Bliss Overflowing Peace.

Your Holy Names help us remember You, associate with You,

and sober up to Your ever better quality of Spiritual Being.

This Most Subtle Eternal Pure Awareness pervades and

transcends all. This Thou Art.

In association with You, who are beyond stillness and

quietness, we are overcoming our egocentric diseases, and

are experiencing You. Thank You for showing us how to

spiral back out of the illusionary energy, Maya, by always

remembering You.

You are our Supreme Being, the Eternal Witness who

pervades and transcends all, including the Silence and the

Stillness. We think of You, we concentrate on You, we

meditate on You as This.

Consequently, we are attaining ever greater peace,

happiness, and fulfillment. By the grace of Your Holy

Names, we are sobering up to You, here, now, as our Eternal,

Omnipresent, Omnipotent, Supreme Being.

Most importantly, as a reult of Your purifying

association, we are better equipped to observe and follow

Your nature of a Pure consciousness and Righteous spirit. As

we manifest this clean consciousness and righteous spirit, we

automatically work for the edification and rejuvenation of

our universe.

With the help of Our Word, our consciousness is expanding

from the narrow sphere of materialism to the vast, infinite

freedom of our natural, Eternal, Spiritual Awareness of

Being. Thank You for helping us to remember You.
